Customer Support Repair and Servicing Procedures for Consumer Products

In order to obtain either service or repair on a Casio consumer product within the UK or Ireland, please return the product to the following address:

Please enclose a covering letter with your contact details, the return address of the item and a description of the problem.

Due to the possibility of damage during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product for service that you package the product securely and send it insured, in order to trace your item.

We can usually repair or service most products within 10-15 working days, subject to the availability of parts and the condition of the product.

(Please note this process does not apply to the following Trade products: Electronic Cash Registers, Hospitality Equipment, and PDA’s. We suggest you contact your local dealer for advice on how to service or repair these products)

Terms and Conditions of Warranty Claims

You must enclose a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase.

Please note the warranty is for a period of two years from the date of original purchase, and applies to the original purchaser, not secondary or tertiary private sales.

No claims under warranty will be considered under the following circumstances:

The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment

The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity

The problem is made by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than a Casio Service Centre.

The problem is caused by battery leakage, bending of the unit, broken display or key

The case or battery is damaged or worn.

Maintenance required consists of repair or replacement of consumable items (battery, case, strap, adaptor)

The proof of purchase is not presented

The warranty period has expired.
